I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

Leaks rarely give a warning. An automatic shut off valve can stop the water the moment it senses trouble, so a small issue does not turn into soaked floors, ruined cabinets, or a huge cleanup. Installation is straightforward, and once it is in place, it works in the background to cut down on water loss and help protect the whole plumbing system.

Drain Cleaning

Clogs usually start small and get worse over time. If the sink is slow, the tub is backing up, or there is a smell that will not quit, it is time to clear the line. Drain cleaning removes the buildup inside the pipe so water drains normally again and the same blockage is less likely to come right back.

Emergency Plumber

Emergencies cannot wait. We respond fast to burst pipes, severe leaks, and critical plumbing failures, providing immediate repair solutions that minimize property damage while restoring reliable water flow throughout the home.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec plumbing has a reputation for springing leaks when you least expect it, often at the fittings. Replacing it now can save you from chasing drips behind drywall later. New piping improves water pressure, cuts down on weak points, and helps avoid the kind of surprise leak that turns into a major repair.

Main Water Line Replacement

If the main line is going bad, you usually feel it everywhere. Water pressure drops, the yard stays soggy in one spot, or the water looks rusty when you first turn on the tap. Replacing the line stops the guessing and the repeat patches. It restores steady flow to the whole house and helps prevent the next leak from showing up without warning.

Plumbing For Real Estate Agents

Deals move fast, and plumbing problems can stall everything. Plumbing for real estate agents is about quick answers and clean, documented fixes, whether it is a leaking angle stop, a failing water heater, or a sewer concern that needs checking. Inspections and repairs are handled on a tight timeline so listings stay on track and closing does not get pushed over a last-minute surprise.

Rooter Service

A slow drain can turn into a full stop at the worst time. Rooter service breaks through the gunk, grease, and roots that build up inside the line, so water moves the way it should again. It also helps prevent that “same clog keeps coming back” problem that leads to messy backups and last-minute calls.

Sewer Camera Inspection

Technology enhances accuracy. We use advanced sewer cameras to inspect underground pipes, locate blockages, cracks, or wear, and plan precise repairs while avoiding unnecessary digging and disruption to your property.

Sewer Repair

When a sewer line is damaged, the whole house feels it. Drains slow down, toilets can gurgle, and foul smells may start showing up inside or outside. Sewer repair fixes the break or blockage at the source, so wastewater moves out properly and backups are far less likely to return.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Functionality depends on properly working fixtures. We repair sinks, faucets, showers, and drains with quality parts, restoring full kitchen and bathroom use while protecting surrounding surfaces from damage during the repair process.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

No one wants the shower to go cold halfway through. If a tankless unit is acting up, struggling to keep temperature, or throwing error codes, the fix usually comes down to the right diagnosis, not guesswork. Tankless water heater installation and repair keeps hot water steady, protects water pressure, and helps the system run efficiently for the long haul.

Toilet Repair

A toilet that keeps running or won’t flush right is more than annoying. It wastes water fast and can lead to leaks around the base if it’s ignored. Toilet repair fixes the parts that wear out, stops the dripping and ghost flushing, and gets everything working normally again.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement

No one wants their yard torn up just to fix a sewer line. Trenchless sewer repair and replacement lets the pipe be repaired or replaced with far less digging, so landscaping, walkways, and patios stay mostly intact. It is a practical option when the line is damaged but the surrounding property is something you want to preserve.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Performance impacts daily routines. We repair or replace traditional water heaters to fix leaks, temperature inconsistencies, or malfunctions, providing safe, reliable hot water and restoring consistent function throughout the property.

Frequently Asked Questions

A slab leak is water leaking from a pipe under the concrete floor. Since it is buried, it can go unnoticed while it runs up your bill and starts damaging flooring. People often notice a warm spot, damp carpet, a musty smell, or water that shows up where it should not.

Slab leaks are hard to spot because the pipe is buried under the concrete, so the water has nowhere obvious to show itself at first. Instead, the clues are small: a warm patch on the floor, a little moisture that keeps coming back, or a bill that suddenly jumps. With Roseville, CA slab leak repair, the goal is to pinpoint the leak without tearing up more of your home than necessary.

A slab leak can run nonstop under the floor, and that steady drip adds up fast on your next bill. Many homeowners notice the price jump before they ever see a wet spot. Catching it early saves water, keeps costs from snowballing, and helps avoid the bigger mess that comes when the leak finally makes itself visible.

Water under the slab does not just sit there. It soaks into flooring, loosens adhesives, and can make boards or tile shift, buckle, or crack. If the leak keeps feeding moisture into the concrete, it can also create settling and weak spots over time. A slab leak repair company stops the leak before that damage spreads and gets expensive to put right.

Old piping is one common reason, but it is not the only one. Pipes can rub against concrete, joints can loosen, and shifting soil can put stress on the line. High water pressure can speed up wear, too. The point of an inspection is to figure out why it started, so the same leak does not pop up again later.

Leak detection keeps repairs focused. If the leak is located first, there is no need to guess or break up large sections of concrete hoping to find it. The right tools help narrow it down to the exact spot, which usually means a smaller opening, less mess in the home, and a faster repair that holds up.

When water stays trapped under a floor or behind walls, it can leave the area damp for long stretches, and that is when mold and musty smells start creeping in. Sometimes the first clue is an odor that will not go away, even after cleaning. Fixing the leak and drying the area stops the moisture that feeds the problem.

If a slab leak is suspected, cutting back on water use is a smart move. Every shower, load of laundry, or dishwasher cycle can keep feeding the leak. If the leak seems active or damage is showing, shut off the main water and avoid running fixtures until it is checked. That simple step can limit flooding, keep repairs smaller, and reduce the mess.

Preventing another slab leak starts with fixing more than the wet spot. If a section of pipe is weak, it gets replaced with material that can handle daily use. If water pressure is beating up the system, it gets brought back into a safer range. When the cause is stress from shifting ground or rubbing against concrete, the repair plan accounts for that too. The goal is simple: stop the current leak and reduce the chances of a repeat.

A slab leak is not the kind of thing you want to guess on. If the leak is in the wrong spot, you can end up cutting into flooring for nothing and still have water running under the house. A professional can locate the leak first, then repair it with the least amount of disruption. That usually means less mess, fewer repairs to patch later, and a lower chance the problem comes back.
