About Us: Your Granite Bay Plumbing Experts Since 2012

New Flow Plumbing opened in 2012 with one clear idea in mind. Show up on time, fix what is wrong, and leave the space better than it was. That same attitude still drives the company today. From minor repairs to full installations, every job is handled with care, so customers are not dealing with the same problem again months later down the road for good.

Ten years in, the crew has grown into a tight group of plumbers who take pride in real workmanship. Homeowners call for reliable plumbing services because they want problems solved without guesswork. Small drips, broken water lines, and full system upgrades. Each call gets a practical fix that holds up long after the tools are packed away.

Plumbing should not feel complicated. You call, someone shows up, explains what is going on, and tells you what it will cost before any work begins. No pressure, no vague answers. The goal is to fix the issue properly and make sure everything runs the way it should, so you are not left second-guessing the repair after we leave.

I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had New Flow Plumbing replace my sewer line after it backed up unexpectedly. Arman was great to work with and did an excellent job. I couldn't be there while the work was done but his communication was wonderful as he sent regular status updates and pictures to let me know how the job was going. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Reliable Plumbing Services You Can Count On!

Satisfaction Always Backed in Writing

A promise should mean something. That is why every repair and installation comes with a written guarantee you can actually read and keep. Our licensed plumbers take responsibility for the work they complete, and if something needs attention, it gets handled. Simple as that.

Rapid Response, Typically 60–90 Minutes

When a pipe bursts or a drain backs up, waiting around is not an option. Most calls are answered fast, with arrival often within 60 to 90 minutes. The goal is to get in, figure out what is wrong, and start fixing it right away so the interruption to your day stays as short as possible.

Clear Pricing Without Last-Minute Fees

Before any tools come out, you will know what the job costs. The price is explained in plain language, not buried in fine print. No surprise add-ons once the work is underway. Just a clear quote you can look over, ask questions about, and feel comfortable approving before anything starts.

Trusted Plumbers Serving Granite Bay, CA: Fast, Clean, and Always Prepared

Plumbing problems rarely give you a heads-up. A burst pipe at night or a backed-up line before opening hours can throw everything off. That is why our emergency plumbers show up prepared, not scrambling. The truck is stocked, the tools are ready, and the focus is on stopping the damage and getting things working again. Floors are covered, the area is cleaned up, and your space is treated with respect while the repair is handled.

Nothing happens on autopilot. First comes a quick walkthrough of what is going on, what is causing it, and what it will take to correct it. If there is more than one way to handle the repair, the options are laid out and talked through before any decision is made. Small fix or bigger project, the goal stays the same: solid work that lasts so the plumbing stays quiet and out of your way.

Fast callbacks, solid workmanship, and attention to detail set our service apart. Every job is handled carefully, making sure everything runs as it should and your space is left clean. Plumbing issues get sorted without fuss, so you can move on with confidence.

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

Prevent unexpected flooding with our automatic shut-off valve installation service. We carefully install and test valves that respond immediately to leaks, protecting your property, maintaining water flow integrity, and ensuring your plumbing system maintenance keeps your home or business running safely and efficiently.

Drain Cleaning

Slow sink. Standing shower water. That smell creeping up from the drain. We break through hair, grease, and heavy buildup to get water moving freely again and help stop clogs from coming right back.

Emergency Plumber

Burst pipe at midnight. Water is spreading fast. That is when you call us. Day or night, we answer and get there quickly to stop the leak, fix the break, and get your plumbing back under control before the damage gets worse.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Kitchens and bathrooms take a daily beating. Dripping faucets, loose handles, slow drains, and worn parts are more than small annoyances. Solid plumbing fixture repair keeps everything working the way it should, so you can cook, clean, and shower without another problem popping up.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec piping has caused plenty of problems for homeowners over the years. It can weaken, crack, and start leaking inside the walls without much warning. If your home still has it, replacing those lines now can help you avoid water damage and expensive repairs later.

Main Water Line Replacement

Low pressure, rusty water, and soggy patches in the yard can all point to a failing main line. When that pipe goes, everything in the house feels it. Replacing the line restores steady flow and helps avoid bigger water damage down the road.

Plumbing For Real Estate Agents

Deals fall apart over plumbing issues more often than anyone likes to admit. Before a listing goes live or after an offer comes in, solid plumbing inspection services can catch leaks, pressure problems, and aging pipes early so there are no tense surprises a

Rooter Service

Tree roots and packed debris can choke a line tight. Water backs up, drains gurgle, and the problem keeps coming back. Our rooter service cuts through the blockage inside the pipe so wastewater moves out cleanly, and your system can breathe again.

Sewer Camera Inspection

Guessing will not solve a sewer issue. A small camera is sent through the line to show what is actually inside, whether it is a clog, crack, or low section. Seeing the problem clearly helps plan repairs without unnecessary digging.

Sewer Repair

A failing sewer line needs attention sooner rather than later. Backups, odors, or wet spots in the yard are signs that something is wrong below ground. Our licensed plumbers locate the problem, make solid repairs, and restore proper flow without stretching the job out.

Slab Leak Repair

Warm spots on the floor. Cracks that were not there before. A water bill that keeps climbing. A slab leak can hide under concrete for months while the damage spreads. We track it down beneath the foundation and fix it before it turns into a much bigger problem.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

Nothing ruins a shower faster than the water turning cold. Tankless units heat water as you need it, but they have to be set up right. Our plumbing specialists handle installs and repairs so your system runs steadily, and hot water is there when you turn the tap.

Toilet Repair

A toilet that will not flush right or keeps running after you leave the room gets old fast. It could be a simple clog, a bad flapper, or a small leak you cannot see. The issue is tracked down, faulty parts swapped out, and the toilet works like it should again.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement

Tearing up the yard to fix a sewer line is the part most homeowners hate. Trenchless repair gives you another option. The pipe is restored or replaced through small entry points, not a long open trench. Less mess, faster turnaround, and a line built to keep working for years.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Cold showers are never planned. When a unit starts leaking, rumbling, or struggling to keep water hot, it is usually a sign that something inside is wearing out. Our plumbing company checks the system, explains what makes sense, and handles the repair or swap so hot water is steady again.

Best Plumber in Roseville

Our Community in Granite Bay, California

Granite Bay homeowners care about their properties and expect things to work without hassle. With larger houses and packed calendars, plumbing trouble gets noticed fast. A slow drain or small leak can turn costly if ignored. Many count on professional plumbing to keep water flowing, safeguard their homes, and avoid unwelcome surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

That strange bubbling noise is usually air getting trapped where it should not be. A partial clog can narrow the pipe so water and air compete for space. In some cases, the roof vent is blocked, which throws off the pressure in the system. If it keeps happening, the line may be close to backing up and should be looked at before it turns into a bigger problem.

When several drains start acting up around the same time, the vent stack is worth checking. Toilets may bubble after flushing, sinks can drain unevenly, and a faint sewer odor might drift in and out. The vent allows air to balance the system, so when leaves, nests, or debris clog it, flow suffers. In that situation, sewer vent repair services can remove the blockage and restore normal drainage.

A small hand snake can clear a simple hair clog near the drain opening, and many homeowners use them without trouble. The problem starts when the blockage is deeper in the line. Forcing a cable through the pipe can scratch, crack, or wedge the clog in tighter. If the drain keeps backing up after a few careful attempts, it is usually smarter to stop and have it checked before turning a small issue into pipe damage.

Sharp shifts in temperature can be rough on plumbing. In winter, trapped water freezes, expands, and can crack a pipe from the inside. In extreme heat, aging lines may dry out and split under pressure. Tiny cracks often go unnoticed until they fail. Insulation helps, but when damage has started, pipe repair services can find the trouble spot and fix it before it leads to major water damage.

Those white, dusty marks appear after water evaporates and leaves mineral traces behind. A quick wipe of the sink and faucet after use goes a long way. Vinegar on a soft cloth can loosen early buildup before it hardens. If the spotting keeps returning, a water softener may help reduce minerals at the source and cut down on endless scrubbing.

Hydro jetting uses a powerful stream of water to scrub the inside of your pipes. It does more than poke a hole through a clog. It washes away grease, sludge, and even tree roots that stick to the pipe walls. This option usually comes up when drains keep backing up, or snaking the line only fixes the problem for a short time. In those cases, hydro jetting services can clear the buildup completely and give the line a fresh start.

When you open the door and find water pooled at the bottom, something is blocking the flow. Bits of food can plug the filter, the drain hose might be bent behind the machine, or the connected line could be partly clogged. Sometimes clearing the filter solves it. If water keeps backing up, the clog may sit farther down the drain and should be looked at.

It happens more often than people think. Rats can chew into plastic pipes, and birds sometimes build nests inside vent stacks on the roof. Once something blocks that airflow or damages a line, you may notice slow drains or strange smells. The plumbing is not built to handle that kind of interference. If pests have already caused trouble, plumbing repair services can fix the damaged section and help prevent bigger problems later.

There is no set calendar date, but most fixtures start showing their age somewhere around the 10 to 20-year mark. Drips that keep coming back, rust around the base, weak water pressure, or parts that are hard to find are all signs that it may be time. Some homeowners replace them during a remodel, others wait until repairs become frequent. If you are calling for fixes more than once, upgrading usually makes more sense.

Cold temperatures affect the way pipes react. When hot water runs through a chilled pipe, it expands fast, then contracts as it cools. That shift can make the pipe rub against framing or brackets, causing the popping sound. Loose sections or exposure to cold air can make it louder. Tightening supports or insulating the line usually helps calm it down.
