About Us: Your Rio Linda Plumbing Experts Since 2012

Since 2012, plumbing calls have been handled with a practical, sleeves-rolled-up mindset. Small leaks and slow drains can wreck a morning at home or stall a business day. The focus stays on fast fixes done right, with repairs that help keep the same issue from returning.

When you call, you get plumbing specialists who show up prepared and treat your place with respect. Repairs, installs, and routine upkeep are handled with the right parts, the right tools, and no shortcuts. Everything is explained in plain terms, so you know what needs to be done and why, and then the work gets finished the way it should.

Work should feel settled when it’s done. That means showing up on time, fixing the real cause, and cleaning up before leaving. Homes and businesses count on plumbing every day, so the job gets handled with care and follow-through, not quick patches that fail a week later.

I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had New Flow Plumbing replace my sewer line after it backed up unexpectedly. Arman was great to work with and did an excellent job. I couldn't be there while the work was done but his communication was wonderful as he sent regular status updates and pictures to let me know how the job was going. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Reliable Plumbing Services You Can Count On!

Satisfaction Always Backed in Writing

Every plumbing repair or service comes with it in writing, so there’s no guessing and no fine print surprises. If something isn’t right after we leave, call us. We will come back, sort it out fast, and make it right.

Rapid Response, Typically 60–90 Minutes

Plumbing issues never pick a good time. Most of the time, someone can be at your place in 60 to 90 minutes, find what is causing the problem, and get things back to normal before it turns into a bigger cleanup.

Clear Pricing Without Last-Minute Fees

Before any work starts, you will know the price. The options get walked through, the total is spelled out, and nothing gets added at the end. No mystery line items, no surprise charges, just a clear number you can agree to up front.

Trusted Plumbers Serving Rio Linda, CA: Fast, Clean, and Always Prepared

When plumbing acts up, it throws your whole day off. Local plumbers show up ready to work, not waste time, and the problem gets tracked down before anything is taken apart. Floors stay protected, the space stays tidy, and the repair is finished properly so you are not calling again next week.

Band-aid fixes are not the move. First, the issue gets looked at up close. Then the next steps get walked through in plain language, along with the price, so nothing catches you off guard. From a faucet that will not stop dripping to a full water heater replacement, the job gets done carefully and correctly.

Fast service is great, but not if it is sloppy. The work gets done with care, floors stay protected, and the space is left clean when it is finished. The goal is simple: dependable plumbing that keeps running the way it should, not a quick fix that comes back next week.

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

Control unexpected water flow with our automatic shut off valves. We install, test, and maintain each valve to react instantly to leaks, preventing damage and giving your home or business complete plumbing protection and reliability.

Drain Cleaning

Slow sink? Shower backing up? Our plumbing experts clear out grease, gunk, and whatever else is stuck in the line, then flush things through so water moves as it should. The goal is simple: get the clog out, help prevent the next one, and keep your drains running without the daily hassle.

Emergency Plumber

When a pipe bursts or water is spreading fast, waiting is not an option. Call and someone will pick up, talk you through what to shut off, and get a plumber headed your way. From leaks and overflows to sudden no hot water, the focus is on stopping the damage first, then fixing the problem for good.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Kitchen and bathroom fixtures take a beating. When a faucet won’t stop dripping, a shower loses pressure, or a sink starts leaking under the cabinet, it is time to fix it before it turns into water damage. Repairs cover the usual trouble spots so everything works the way it should again, day after day.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec piping is known for failing without much warning. If your home has it, replacing it sooner can save a major headache later. Our professional plumbers remove the old Kitec lines and install updated piping that holds pressure, improves flow, and helps protect your walls and floors from surprise leaks.

Main Water Line Replacement

Low pressure, rusty water, or a soggy patch in the yard can point to a main line problem. When the line is too worn out to patch, replacement is the clean fix. The old pipe is removed and a new line is installed to restore steady pressure and cut the risk of leaks, so water service stays dependable.

Plumbing For Real Estate Agents

Deals move fast, and plumbing surprises can stall a closing. We handle pre-list checks and fast repairs that help a home show well and avoid last-minute renegotiations. Our plumbing company keeps timelines on track, documents the work, and helps buyers and sellers get to closing with fewer headaches.

Rooter Service

When a drain keeps clogging, something deeper is usually going on. Rooter service cuts through roots, grease, and packed-in sludge that a basic snaking will not fully clear. The line gets opened up, flow comes back, and the chances of the same blockage returning next week drop way down.

Sewer Camera Inspection

Sometimes the only way to know what is really happening is to look inside the line. A small camera runs through the sewer pipe to find the exact spot where things are going wrong, like a clog, a crack, or a low section holding water. With that info, repairs stay focused and you avoid tearing up floors or digging up the yard for no reason.

Sewer Repair

Sewer problems do not fix themselves. When a line is clogged, cracked, or leaking, the first step is figuring out what failed and where. A licensed plumber can clear the blockage, repair the damaged section, and get everything draining the way it should again. That means less mess, less risk of backup, and a system you can count on at home or at work.

Slab Leak Repair

A leak under the slab can quietly rack up damage and water bills. Warm spots on the floor, the sound of running water when nothing is on, or cracks that keep showing up are common clues. The leak gets pinpointed, the repair is planned around the cleanest access, and the problem is fixed before it spreads into bigger foundation or flooring issues.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

Tankless units are great when they are set up right, and a pain when they are not. If you are dealing with lukewarm water, odd error codes, or a heater that keeps shutting off, help is close. Our plumbing specialists install new tankless systems and repair existing ones, then dial everything in so hot water stays steady and efficient for homes and businesses.

Toilet Repair

A toilet that keeps running, wobbles, or will not flush right is more than annoying. It can waste a ton of water and turn into a leak on the floor. The problem gets traced to the real cause, then the parts get replaced or the clog is cleared so everything works normally again.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement

Avoid extensive digging with our trenchless sewer repair service. We fix or replace lines efficiently while preserving landscaping, minimizing disruption, and providing long-lasting, dependable results that restore proper sewer flow for your home or business.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Cold showers are a quick way to ruin a day. If your water heater is leaking, making noise, or cannot hold a steady temperature, it is time to get it checked. Our plumbing company can repair the unit when it makes sense, or replace it with the right size heater when it is past its prime, so hot water is back and dependable again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Start simple. Turn off everything that uses water inside and outside, including sprinklers, ice makers, and any appliance that might be running. Then go look at the meter. If the little leak indicator or the dial is still moving, water is flowing somewhere, and it is time to track it down. For another quick check, jot down the meter reading before bed and again first thing in the morning, without using any water overnight. A jump in the numbers usually points to a hidden leak. If something still feels off, your water provider can test or replace the meter, and a plumber can pinpoint where the water is going.

After a heavy rain, drains can slow down because the ground is saturated, and the sewer main may be running near full. That pressure makes it harder for wastewater to flow, so tubs and sinks empty sluggishly and may gurgle. If several fixtures act up at once, the main line could be partly blocked. Routine residential plumbing checkups help prevent backups.

Water damage often stems from leaking pipes, failed seals, clogged drains, broken appliances, or aging fixtures. Undetected leaks worsen over time and spread quickly. Regular inspections and timely repairs reduce risk. Identifying issues early protects walls, floors, and belongings while keeping your plumbing system safe, efficient, and dependable throughout your home year-round for long-term structural protection.

Reducing water waste at home doesn’t always require major repairs. Simple habits like fixing running toilets, shortening showers, and turning off unused taps can help protect your plumbing system and lower water bills. Our professional plumbing services help homeowners improve plumbing efficiency, reduce strain on pipes, and maintain reliable water use throughout the home.

Backflow happens when water moves the wrong way through your pipes. Instead of clean water flowing into your home, contaminated water can get pulled back in. That can happen during a sudden drop in water pressure, such as after a main break or heavy system demand. When that reversal occurs, it may carry chemicals, bacteria, or debris with it. A licensed 24/7 plumber can check that your backflow prevention device is working properly. Keeping those safeguards in place helps protect your drinking water and the health of everyone in the building.

few common things can cause it. If the tank has years of mineral buildup, that sludge takes up space, and the heater runs out sooner. A bad heating element (or burner issue on a gas unit) can also leave you with lukewarm water that disappears fast. Sometimes the heater is simply too small for your household, especially if multiple showers, laundry, or the dishwasher are running close together. A flush and a quick check of the elements and settings usually point to the real problem, and it can prevent bigger heater trouble later.

Watch for rusty or yellow water, a metallic taste, and lower water pressure. Check exposed pipes under sinks for green stains on copper, white crusty buildup, or flaking and dark spots on older lines. If leaks keep showing up in new places, corrosion may be spreading and pipe replacement can be the smarter fix.

Pipes freeze when water sits in a line that is exposed to cold for too long. The usual trouble spots are uninsulated runs in attics, garages, exterior walls, crawl spaces, and under sinks on outside walls. A small draft from a vent, crack, or open crawl space can be enough. When temperatures stay low overnight, the water inside starts to expand as it turns to ice, and that pressure can split the pipe.

If the heater starts popping or rumbling, that is usually sediment cooking at the bottom of the tank. Cloudy water, a drop in hot water, or water that turns lukewarm faster than it used to can also point to buildup. Another clue is a spike in your gas or electric bill, since the heater has to work harder. If those signs show up, a flush is often the fix. A same-day plumbing service can handle it before the buildup causes bigger problems.

A sudden jump usually means water is running somewhere without you noticing. Toilets are common, especially a flapper that leaks into the bowl all day. Sprinkler leaks or a timer change can also do it. Check the meter with everything off. If it still moves, there is a leak worth tracking down fast.
