I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had New Flow Plumbing replace my sewer line after it backed up unexpectedly. Arman was great to work with and did an excellent job. I couldn't be there while the work was done but his communication was wonderful as he sent regular status updates and pictures to let me know how the job was going. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

Protect your Elverta home from water damage with an automatic shut-off valve. A plumbing expert can install it on the main line and set it to watch for unusual flow. If a pipe bursts or a line fails, it shuts water off fast to limit flooding.

Drain Cleaning

Slow drains often mean the pipe is narrowing. Grease, soap, hair, and debris can cling to the sides and choke the opening over time. Drain cleaning strips that buildup out so water clears the line normally again, and the same clog is less likely to come back.

Emergency Plumber

A burst pipe or overflowing toilet can’t wait. Our emergency service dispatches a licensed plumber fast to shut off the water, limit the mess, track down what failed, and finish a dependable repair you can trust.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Fix everyday problems that disrupt your routine, including dripping faucets, running toilets, low water pressure, garbage disposal issues, and leaky supply lines. Repairs are completed cleanly with parts that last.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec plumbing can fail with little notice and lead to serious leaks. Residential and commercial plumbing replacement removes aging Kitec lines and upgrades your system with modern, code-compliant pipe for safer water flow, stronger reliability, and long-term peace of mind.

Main Water Line Replacement

An older main line can cause weak pressure, leaks, or wet spots outside. Replacing it restores a steady flow and lowers the risk of a bigger break later. We plan the route to keep digging and disruption minimal.

Plumbing For Real Estate Agents

Tight timeline? We help keep escrow on track. We handle the inspection items, make the repairs, and send a simple write-up you can share for requests, punch lists, and contingencies. You’ll get quick updates, so buyers and sellers aren’t left guessing.

Rooter Service

Stubborn clogs and slow drains often come from buildup or roots in the line. Rooter service breaks through blockages fast and restores drainage in sinks, showers, tubs, and main lines.

Sewer Camera Inspection

A sewer camera inspection shows why backups and clogs keep happening. A camera goes down the line to locate the trouble spot, so repairs are recommended from video evidence, not hunches, by Elverta, CA plumbing services.

Sewer Repair

Sewer repair fixes the source of repeat backups, slow drains, and pipe damage. If the line is cracked, clogged, or out of alignment, repairs restore proper flow and reduce repeat problems with durable, code-compliant work.

Slab Leak Repair

Slab leaks can show up as warm spots on the floor, damp areas, or a sudden jump in your water bill. We locate the leak, then make a targeted repair to restore the line with minimal disruption.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

Enjoy endless hot water and improved efficiency with a tankless system. Installation is sized correctly for your home, and repairs address ignition issues, mineral buildup, and inconsistent temperatures fast.

Toilet Repair

If your toilet keeps running, leaks at the base, or won’t flush the way it should, it can waste water and disrupt your day. We replace worn parts, address drainage problems, and get it working properly again without pushing a full replacement.

Main Water Line Replacement

If your water line is old or corroded, you may notice weak pressure, rusty water, or soggy spots. Replacement restores flow and helps prevent leaks. A trusted Elverta, CA, plumber plans the

Water or Gas Leak Detection

Hidden leaks can spike bills and cause damage, and gas leaks are a safety concern. Leak detection uses pressure tests and proven checks to pinpoint the source. Then we explain repair options to restore safety, pressure, and peace of mind.

Avoiding DIY Plumbing Mistakes

DIY plumbing can get expensive fast. A fitting tightened one turn too far, the wrong part, or a chemical drain cleaner can crack pipes, damage seals, or hide a leak until it turns into water damage or mold. If the same clog keeps coming back, pressure suddenly drops, or you suspect a leak behind a wall, it’s usually smarter to call before it gets worse.

Plumbing Maintenance Tips

Simple maintenance today prevents plumbing emergencies tomorrow.

A little upkeep goes a long way. Use drain screens, skip pouring grease down the sink, and flush only toilet paper.

Take a quick look under sinks once a month for moisture, and don’t ignore a toilet that keeps running. If clogs happen often, schedule a drain cleaning before it turns into a backup.

Keep up with water heater flushing as recommended, and make sure everyone knows where the main shutoff valve is.

Our Process

It starts with a quick call or online request so we can understand what’s going on and lock in the soonest available time. A licensed technician shows up prepared, listens to your concerns, and checks the system to find the real cause.

We’ll explain what we found, walk you through options, and lock in pricing before we begin. Once you give the okay, we complete the repair or install, protect the area, and clean up after. Before we leave, we test everything and answer questions, with help from a fast-response plumber.

Frequently Asked Questions

If water is actively leaking or spreading, shut off the nearest valve first (under the sink or behind the toilet). If you can’t find it, can’t reach it, or the leak is in a wall, turn off the main water. Until it’s looked at, avoid running sinks, flushing toilets, or using appliances, especially if you think there’s a sewer backup.

If only one sink or tub is slow, the clog is usually local to that fixture’s branch line. If multiple drains back up at once, gurgling happens in toilets, or water rises in a shower when a toilet flushes, the main line may be restricted. Early diagnosis helps prevent messy overflow and repeated backups, so contacting a local plumber Elverta is a smart next step.

A drip is often caused by worn washers, damaged cartridges, or mineral buildup that prevents a tight seal. Water pressure issues can worsen it. Even small drips waste water over time and may stain fixtures. Replacing the correct internal parts typically fixes the problem faster than tightening the handle.

Most water heaters give hints before they fail. Hot water may run out sooner, temperatures may fluctuate, or the tank may rumble and pop. Rusty or cloudy water is another warning. Look around the base for moisture, drips, or corrosion. Fixing issues early can prevent breakdown and costly water damage.

Hard water can leave mineral deposits inside pipes, fixtures, and water heaters. Over time, buildup reduces flow, lowers heating efficiency, and shortens the lifespan of appliances. White scale on faucets and spots on dishes are common clues. A plumbing assessment from a licensed plumber Elverta can confirm the cause and recommend protection options.

Turn off the disposal and unplug it or switch off the breaker. Check for a jam with tongs or a flashlight, never your hand. Use the reset button, then try the Allen key at the bottom to free the impeller. If it still won’t move or trips repeatedly, service may be needed.

Banging is often “water hammer,” caused by sudden valve closure or high pressure. Rattling can come from loose pipe straps or lines vibrating in walls. These noises may lead to joint wear over time. Pressure regulation, air chambers, and securing pipes properly usually resolve it and protect the plumbing system.

Hidden leaks often show up as a bill increase, damp cabinets, musty odors, warm spots on floors, peeling paint, or recurring mold. You may also hear water running when everything’s off. Leak detection can pinpoint the source with little disruption, and a trusted plumbing company, Elverta, can explain the next steps.

It’s best not to. A lot of “flushable” wipes don’t break down like toilet paper, so they can hang up in the line and start a clog, especially when they catch grease and other debris. The safer move is to flush only toilet paper and throw wipes in the trash to avoid backups and surprise plumbing bills.

A few simple upgrades can cut water use without making your home feel “low flow.” Swapping in water-saving showerheads, updated faucet aerators, and newer toilet parts can make a noticeable difference. Replacing old shutoff valves and supply lines improves safety and reduces surprise leaks. If your water heater is aging, upgrading to a high-efficiency model can cut costs and keep hot water steadier.

Schedule service when a problem repeats, worsens, or spreads to more than one fixture. Slow drains, sewer smells, small leaks, and uneven hot water can signal bigger trouble. Catching it early usually costs less and reduces damage, so you’re not calling an emergency plumber Elverta at midnight on a weekend.
