I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had New Flow Plumbing replace my sewer line after it backed up unexpectedly. Arman was great to work with and did an excellent job. I couldn't be there while the work was done but his communication was wonderful as he sent regular status updates and pictures to let me know how the job was going. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

Prevent water damage before it grows. Automatic shutoff valves track flow, spot abnormal usage, and shut the main line quickly. Ideal for rentals, travel, and added peace of mind.

Drain Cleaning

Most tough clogs aren’t one thing; they’re layers. Grease, hair, soap scum, and food residue build up over time until the pipe can’t move water fast enough. Drain cleaning strips that buildup so sinks, tubs, toilets, and main lines drain normally again and backups happen less often.

Emergency Plumber

Burst pipe, sewer backup, or no hot water? Call anytime. A plumbing expert can get there fast, figure out what’s happening, and make the repair to stop the damage and get everything working again safely.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Kitchen and bath problems don’t wait. Fix leaking faucets and valves, slow drains, running toilets, weak showers, clogged disposals, and worn sinks or tubs. Practical repairs restore comfort, prevent damage, and keep routines moving.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec piping can fail without warning. Replacement removes the system and installs modern supply lines and fittings. Careful planning limits wall openings, protects finishes, and keeps daily life manageable during work.

Main Water Line Replacement

Low pressure, discolored water, or soggy spots can signal a failing main line. The line is located, damaged sections are replaced, and water flow is restored with sturdy materials promptly.

Sewer Repair

Backups that keep returning or soggy spots in the yard can point to a damaged sewer line. Repairs are confirmed with inspection, then restored with the right fix. Trenchless options may reduce digging, mess, and downtime.

Slab Leak Repair

A slab leak can run for weeks before it’s obvious. Testing and detection locate the line and the break, then the repair is focused on that section to minimize concrete removal and disruption.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

Tankless water heaters save space and deliver hot water as you need it. Installation includes proper sizing, venting, and setup. Repairs and maintenance cover performance problems and error codes, helping hot water stay steady year-round.

Toilet Repair

Running, leaking, or rocking toilet? Repairs fix flappers, fill valves, wax rings, and seals, stop phantom refills, and eliminate weak flushing. Causes are diagnosed fast, and performance is restored today with La Riviera, CA plumbing services.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement

Skip the major digging. Trenchless sewer repair fixes damaged lines through small access points, using pipe lining or pipe bursting when appropriate. Camera inspection confirms the issue and helps ensure smooth, long-lasting flow.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Water heater repair solves no-hot-water issues, inconsistent temperatures, and tank noise by servicing thermostats, elements, burners, and sediment buildup. If replacement is needed, sizing and installation are done to match demand and restore steady hot water.

Water or Gas Leak Detection

When something seems off, finding the source is the hard part. Leak detection locates water or gas leaks with minimal disruption, then repairs can be planned around the true origin instead of tearing into multiple areas.

Avoiding DIY Plumbing Mistakes

DIY repairs can solve simple issues, but plumbing is unforgiving when a connection is even slightly off. A slow drip can rot cabinets, and a “temporary” drain fix can fail when you least expect it. If you’re seeing repeat clogs, recurring leaks, or water heater issues, it’s time to bring in a plumber.

Plumbing Maintenance Tips

Protect Pipes, Prevent Leaks, Keep Water Flowing

Slow drains and repeated clogs are usually warning signs, not bad luck. Use strainers, keep grease out of the drain, and don’t ignore a sink that’s draining “a little slower.” If the home has older piping or nearby trees, periodic inspections can spot corrosion, vent issues, or small leaks before they become expensive.

Our Process

Service usually starts with a call, text, or online request. A few details up front help us triage the job and set the right appointment, or send an emergency plumber when it can’t wait. On arrival, the work area is protected, then the problem is traced with the proper tools, including a drain or sewer camera when it’s useful.

You’ll get a clear explanation of what we found, along with options and a written estimate, before any work begins. After approval, the repair is completed, the system is tested, and everything is cleaned up before we leave.

Best Plumber in Roseville

Our Community in Shingle Springs

La Riviera is a mix of family homes, rentals, and small businesses, and plumbing problems here often need quick, respectful help. New Flow Plumbing shows up with clean workmanship, clear communication, and solutions that make sense for the situation, as a fast response plumber. As a family-owned company, customer needs come first, whether it’s a clogged drain, a leak, or a sewer concern. Local care, lasting repairs every time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hard water can cause mineral scale to build up in pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Over time it can cut down water flow, reduce efficiency, and wear out water heaters and other equipment sooner. Look for white buildup on faucets, spots on dishes, and slower hot-water recovery. Regular maintenance and water treatment can keep problems from stacking up.

Banging often happens when water flow stops suddenly and pipes move, a problem commonly called water hammer. Loose pipes, worn shutoff valves, or high water pressure can worsen it. Rattling can also come from unsecured lines in walls or ceilings. A trusted plumbing company can secure piping, adjust pressure, and add a device that reduces shock and noise.

Sewer odors usually come from a dry trap, a blocked vent, or a partial clog that lets gases escape. Floor drains, guest bathrooms, or unused showers can dry out and allow odor back in. Sometimes the issue is a cracked drain line or a failing wax ring under a toilet. Fixing the source improves air quality and prevents bigger problems.

Most chemical cleaners can damage older pipes and weaken joints, especially with repeated use. They also create hazards for anyone working on the line afterward. If a clog returns quickly, the blockage is usually deeper than the cleaner can reach. Mechanical cleaning and proper removal of buildup is safer and more effective for long-term results with plumbing services La Riviera, CA.

A water heater can run out of hot water fast if the tank is undersized, set too low, or packed with sediment that reduces capacity. Electric units may have a failing element that causes lukewarm water. Tankless units can need descaling or may be undersized for demand. A quick check helps confirm whether simple maintenance, a repair, or the right-sized replacement is the best fix.

A camera inspection reveals the inside condition of the pipe, including roots, grease buildup, offsets, cracks, bellies, or collapsed sections. It helps confirm where the problem is instead of guessing. The footage guides the repair approach and reduces unnecessary digging. It is also useful before buying a home or starting a remodel.

Replace them if there is corrosion, stiffness when turning, slow leaks, or evidence of past water damage under sinks. Many failures happen without warning, especially with aging braided lines or older valves. Upgrading is inexpensive compared with water damage cleanup. New lines and valves also make future maintenance faster and safer with a local plumber La Riviera.

Snaking punches through a clog and gets the drain moving again, but it can leave residue stuck to the pipe walls. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to wash out grease, sludge, and scale around the full inside of the pipe. When clogs keep coming back or there’s heavy buildup, jetting often delivers a deeper clean and smoother flow overall.

To prevent toilet clogs, use less paper and avoid flushing wipes, even the ones labeled “flushable.” Never flush hygiene products. If flushing feels weak, mineral buildup under the rim or worn tank parts can be part of the problem, especially a flapper that doesn’t seal well and affects the refill. Small adjustments or replacing internal parts often helps. A plumber can also check that the drain path is fully clear.

For small repairs, usually not. For replacements and major work, often yes. Water heaters, re-piping, remodel plumbing changes, and sewer repairs frequently require a permit, but the rules vary by city. A licensed plumber can confirm what’s required and handle the permit and inspection process.

Choose a plumber who communicates clearly and gives written estimates. Make sure they’re licensed and insured, then read reviews for consistency, not just star ratings. On site, the right plumber diagnoses first, explains options, and doesn’t push work you don’t need.
