I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.
I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!
Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.
When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.
To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had New Flow Plumbing replace my sewer line after it backed up unexpectedly. Arman was great to work with and did an excellent job. I couldn't be there while the work was done but his communication was wonderful as he sent regular status updates and pictures to let me know how the job was going. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

Some Of Our Services

Automatic Shut Off Valve For Water Lines

An automatic shut off valve is designed to stop the water if a leak starts. This really helps if something goes wrong when no one is home. A lot of homeowners choose it for the peace of mind that comes from knowing there’s extra protection if a problem comes up.

Drain Cleaning

Drain pipes collect grease, soap scum, hair, and food bits over time. A thorough drain cleaning removes that buildup so water drains the way it should, and it helps prevent the same sink, shower, or main line from clogging again a few weeks later.

Emergency Plumber

When a pipe bursts or a backup happens, waiting is not an option. Plumbing services are available around the clock to deal with urgent problems, limit damage, and get water systems working normally again as quickly as possible.

Kitchen and Bath Repair

Kitchen and bathroom repairs deal with common problems that come up over time, such as leaks, slow drains, or low water pressure. Fixing these issues helps fixtures work properly again and avoids the small annoyances that tend to build up when problems are left unattended.

Kitec Plumbing Pipe Replacement

Kitec pipe replacement involves removing older piping that is known to fail and replacing it with updated materials. This helps reduce the chance of leaks, corrosion, and water damage developing over time.

Main Water Line Replacement

When the main water line starts to fail, issues like weak pressure or repeated leaks often follow. Replacing the line helps stabilize water flow and reduces ongoing problems tied to aging or damaged pipes.

Plumbing For Real Estate Agents

Plumbing issues often come up during real estate transactions. Someone needs to check the problem, address it, and move things along. Support is available for residential and commercial plumbing concerns, so inspections don’t turn into delays.

Rooter Service

Rooter service comes into play when a drain or sewer line stops working the way it should. This usually happens because something is blocking the line, such as thick buildup or tree roots pushing their way inside. Clearing that blockage allows water to flow normally again instead of backing up into sinks or drains.

Sewer Camera Inspection

Video sewer camera inspections locate cracks, blockages, and pipe damage accurately, allowing targeted repairs, reduced excavation, and clear documentation of sewer line conditions before repair or replacement work begins.

Sewer Repair

Sewer repair usually starts when something is clearly off. You might notice slow drains in more than one room, gurgling sounds, backups, or sewage odors. The cause might be a cracked pipe, a sag in the line, or roots getting in through a joint. Finding it early and fixing the damaged section can stop a small issue from turning into a full backup.

Slab Leak Repair

Slab leaks happen when a water line under the concrete starts leaking. Many people first notice higher water bills, warm spots on the floor, damp carpet, or the sound of running water when nothing is on. Taking care of it sooner helps prevent foundation issues, mold, and a much bigger repair down the line.

Tankless Water Heater Installation And Repair

Tankless water heaters are often chosen for consistent hot water and lower energy use. Installation and repair work covers setup, fixes, routine upkeep, and replacements when needed. Many property owners rely on Shingle Springs, CA plumbing services to handle these systems for both homes and businesses.

Toilet Repair

Toilet repair services fix running toilets, clogs, leaks, flushing problems, and faulty components to restore proper operation, prevent water waste, and ensure dependable bathroom plumbing performance.

Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement

Trenchless sewer repair fixes damaged sewer lines without digging up large areas of the yard. This method is often used to deal with cracks, leaks, or root problems while keeping disruption to landscaping and hard surfaces to a minimum.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Water heaters usually give warning signs before they quit completely. You might notice lukewarm water, small leaks, or the unit running longer than it used to. Sometimes a repair solves the problem. Other times, replacement makes more sense to get hot water back to normal and stop the same issues from coming back.

Jobs are handled carefully for both homes and businesses, with attention given to what caused the problem in the first place.

Avoiding DIY Plumbing Mistakes

DIY plumbing can go sideways fast. A “quick fix” like overtightening a fitting, using the wrong sealant, or forcing a drain snake can crack a part or start a slow leak behind the wall. A lot of the time, you don’t notice until there’s water damage or the drain backs up again. If you’re not sure, it’s usually cheaper to have a plumber take a look before it turns into a bigger repair.

Plumbing Maintenance Tips

Simple Steps Today Help Prevent Plumbing Problems

A little upkeep goes a long way.

Fix small leaks early, keep an eye on water pressure, and clear slow drains before they turn into full clogs.

Those simple habits can cut down on surprise problems and help you avoid needing an emergency plumber at the worst possible time.

Our Process

The process starts with a conversation to understand what’s going on and what needs to be done. Once on site, the plumber takes time to look over the issue and talk through possible solutions. Costs are explained before any work moves forward.

Once the work is approved, the repair is finished, and the area is cleaned up. Before leaving, everything is checked to make sure it’s working the way it should.

Our Community in Shingle Springs

Shingle Springs is a close-knit community where dependable local services matter. Serving this area means understanding local homes, businesses, and plumbing systems. When plumbing problems hit, speed matters. The sooner someone can shut the water off, find the source, and start the repair, the less damage you’re dealing with. A quick-response plumber helps homeowners and businesses in Shingle Springs get back to normal without the problem dragging on for days.

Frequently Asked Questions

If leaks keep coming back, drains stay slow no matter what you try, or the water pressure drops for no clear reason, something is probably going on behind the scenes. Strange pipe noises or a water bill that suddenly jumps can be another clue. When those signs show up, having a plumber check it early can stop a small issue from turning into a bigger mess.

If a plumbing emergency happens, the first thing to do is shut off the main water valve to stop things from getting worse. Try not to use any fixtures until help arrives. Reaching out to a trusted plumbing company right away can make a big difference, especially when the issue needs fast attention to prevent damage and get everything back to normal.

Checking plumbing once a year is usually enough for most homes and buildings. Small issues like slow leaks or worn parts are easier to deal with when caught early. Taking care of them sooner can help systems last longer and reduce the chance of surprise problems later on.

If water pressure suddenly drops, it usually means something isn’t right. It could be a leak somewhere, a blockage in the line, or another pressure-related problem that needs to be checked. In some cases, the problem isn’t inside the home at all. Having it checked can help figure out what’s wrong before it leads to further trouble.

Chemical drain cleaners can look like an easy solution, but they’re rough on pipes, especially in older homes. They usually clear a blockage for a short time without fixing what caused it in the first place. That’s why many homeowners choose professional drain cleaning from plumbing services Shingle Springs, CA. It clears out the buildup the right way without putting added strain on the plumbing system.

A lot of drain problems come down to what gets washed down them. Grease, food scraps, and heavier materials can slowly collect inside the pipes. Using a strainer and being a little more mindful about what gets rinsed away can make a difference. Occasional cleaning also goes a long way in keeping drains from slowing down or backing up.

Water heaters tend to have issues as they age. Most water heater problems build up over time. Sediment settles in the tank, parts wear down, or something simply stops working as it should. Changes in water pressure can also cause trouble. Catching these issues early usually helps prevent sudden breakdowns and costly water damage later.

Small DIY fixes can sometimes hold things over, but plumbing issues often end up being more complicated than they look. A missed step or wrong part can turn into a bigger problem later. Many homeowners find that calling a local plumber Shingle Springs has available helps get the repair done properly and avoids having to deal with the same issue again.

Plumbers usually start with clues before opening up walls. They’ll check the water meter for movement, isolate fixtures to narrow down the line, and look for pressure drops. From there, tools like acoustic listening devices, moisture meters, and thermal cameras can help pinpoint where the leak is hiding. The goal is to confirm the spot first, then make the smallest opening needed to fix it.

Regular checkups help catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A quick look at shutoff valves, supply lines, water pressure, and drains can prevent surprises like leaks under sinks or backups later on. Having a licensed plumber Shingle Springs homeowners trust check things once in a while can save money and headaches.
